We all remember Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman in that cropped, tiny dress and over the knee boots. Back in the 90's these boots were huge! I remember my sister having a pair and I loved stealing them secretly, pretending being a grown-up in front of the mirror (I was around 10 at that time).
Happily for me, over the knee boots have made their way back to the streets. Paired with jeans, leggings or a dress, I really hope this trend sticks for a while.
